RESULTS OF REHABILITATION AT TOSON MINE SITE OF MONPOLYMET GROUP
There are several sparrow nests in our aspen tree grove. Since 1995, it has been illegal to hunt sparrows, and the region has been largely protected by the state. Furthermore, it is included in Annes 2 of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Wild Animals and Plants.
How wonderful that our woods are transforming into ecosystems, boosting biodiversity, and providing a safe haven for wildlife.
