Monpolymet Group, the national entrepreneur and developer, has celebrated its 30th anniversary. Generations of Monpolymet employees celebrated the 30th anniversary. Including the employees who brought industrial revival to generations by starting off as miners, that set an example of environmental rehabilitation in the mining field, which then expanded its scope into manufacturing, building complex national factories with international standards of technology.
Monpolymet Group is a developer company, being one of the pioneer companies to revolve the industry and make a real contribution to the development of the country. Established during the difficult time of transitioning into the free market, it overcame the social and financial difficulties through honest work and the power of community.
Here is the speech by Ms. Garamjav. Ts, the founder of Monpolymet Group, and Honorary worker of the industry during the anniversary meeting:
“….30 years have flown like a blink of an eye. We have worked hard for 30 years. The development of Mongolia hasn’t been easy. The change in society seems like yesterday, everyone started making their choices freely and working hard. We had a big dream of exploring the different types of minerals in our country, manufacturing various products, and building a factory. Raising the first fund was not easy. Just yesterday, we were selling waste steel and aluminum just to make a living.
Our team has a proud history of reaching our purpose of protecting nature and creating green development by setting an example of environment protection by rehabilitating nature using new technology and innovation, even in the beginning.
Because of our unity under the idea of developing together and our love for each other, we managed to overcome the difficulties and make our dream a reality. One of its examples is how we transitioned from the mining field into a value-added manufacturer. Moncement and Nar-Urt, the companies that branched from Monpolymet Group are now well-known developers in Mongolia, operating with one united purpose.
Our team has overcome difficulties and challenges throughout generations by being true to its purpose. There were many times when I felt as if I was all alone, and it was hard rock. However, we came all this way because of the unity of my team, who believed that we were going in the right direction, the direction of development, along with hardworking, loyal fighters. Although we won’t be considered a big company in the world, the heart and faith that strive for the benefit of our country and the diligence to unite under hard work are great. This is our value, pride, and belief that will continue in the future and bring development to our country.
And the best regards and a long, happy life to you all who have gone through the last 30 years together with one heart. For the tireless work you have done for the greater future and the goodness of our future generations for the last 30 years, I wish you abundant success, unity, strength, and the creation of a new century.
Having celebrated their 30th anniversary today, the employees of Monpolymet are consolidating the success of the previous years and now planning how to continue the development in the next 30 years and how to contribute to the development, construction, and industry of this country.
