“Nar-Urt” LLC was first established in 2005 with special permits of 2.1.4, 2.2.1, and 2.2.2 of construction assembly and the special permits of 1.2.3, 1.2.3 of construction drawing and later acquired special permits of 3.1, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 for construction architecture in 2008.
“Nar-Urt” LLC has skilled and professional work team consisting over 50 personnel who are specialized in carpentry, decoration, electrical maintenance, communication, and water supply and plumbing. We have good working relationships with over 20 contractors and provide regular workplaces to over 100 of their workers.

“Nar-Urt” LLC has been carrying out non-top and stable operation since its establishment and providing regular workplaces to its employees all year around, which guarantees their and their families’ life stabilities.
We are currently implementing construction project on office and service and entertainment complex center occupying 13863.4 sqm area located in 1st khoroo of Sukhbaatar district. This project will be consisted of the following:
- 10 stories office and apartment building /commissioned in 2012/
- 16 stories “MPM” office building /commissioned in 2016/
- 5 stories “Formosa” service and entertainment center building /commissioned in 2017/
- 14 stories apartment building with 6 stories parking spaces /currently under construction/
This construction project is being implemented in A zone of Ulaanbaatar city and planned to be complex structure that has the largest parking garage space /6 stories/ and the largest outside parking space /100 vehicles/, and garden are with the modern decorative works.
