We have established a settlement specifically designed to provide comfortable housing for 350 people who are involved in the exploration of Toson plant. This settlement is equipped with various amenities to ensure a pleasant living experience for the residents. This amenities include a comfortable dining area, sauna, gym, hot water facilities, multi channel television, and high speed internet connection. By offering this facilities we aims to create an environment where miners can both work efficiently and enjoy a comfortable living space. Employees are provided with fresh vegetables that are grown on-site, as well as meat, dairy products, and other nutritious foods sourced from their own farm.
We create 50-60 new employment each year by training local qualified and unskilled individuals as mining machinery operators, welders, turners and electricians based on Wagner Asia, Technical Training Centers and our own training and manufacturing center. Professional trainings, seminars and meetings for engineers and technical employees are held on a regular basis in nations such as Russia, Germany, China, United States and the Republic of Korea. By actively engaging in these international events, Monpolymet Group ensures its engineers and technical workers are equipped with the expertise and global perspectives necessary excel in their roles.
